Manchester and Picnic day

after so so soooo long time, hehe..im out in the sun again~~ tis is another hectic week of play without any work done. at least until now, i've done ntg beneficiary~anyway, grace came from newcastle for about a week. and she is now staying in xx's room since she is away to meet with her beloved ones. tats not the main point. main point: i dun really know grace. but we went to manchester together~and we went picnic too~~~!!!

so basically, gals make frens easily, when its all about fun, there's no such thing about u me and her. its all about "us"! but of course, she is really a nice gal. and she makes good lecturer~~

manchester trip was really meant for the bimbos~ and only bimbos!! why?? haha..it showed how brainless law students can be at times!! HAHAHA..3 of us, me lynly and grace had our plan to go to manchester for quite some time..but were all busy with own stuff, and booked our bus ticket only late nite before the trip. paid for the bus ticket happily to realise tat its alsmot the same price as train. tats not a big problem still, since the journey take about same amount of time. but then~ only we know tat we cant enter old trafford becoz they are having some home match the next day, stadium is closed for visits the day before matches. so stupidly, we missed our supposedly one and only chance visiting manchester not entering old trafford. so tats not so fine anymore, becoz visiting manchester without entering old trafford is like a big no no in trips. but we cant cancel or amend our ticket, so watever it is, we decided to go..

then we nicely googled interesting places to visit, thinking tat mayb we shud just visit more places to cover up tat "small" stupidity. we found a few actually..trafford centre (a big big big shopping mall), lowry outlet (oso shopping mall) exchange quay (i think they have some shopping areas too)!!! HAHAHA..so yea, our "visiting manchester" ended up becoming "shopping trip".

we stopped at a few stops earlier before the old trafford, (we got down the wrong stop) so we have to walk walk walk... and on the way walking, grace saw tis audi car centre, with 2 audi "parking" outside. she got so excited tat she took pics of those cars. to realise tat those are actually real cars. with human driving!! they were stopping for traffic lights. malunya~~~ the man in the car was making some funny faces for pics!! goshh...
welcome to manchester old trafford!!so, we shopped at old trafford buying those exp goods for no reason. then we went straight to trafford centre. we were so amazed with the shopping mall layout. it was like the best best best shopping mall i've ever seen in my 20years of life. and im not joking. i meant it literally. it was huge and yet artistic! it has got some "flavour" in the interior. cant be expressed by words. haha..just beautiful! and guess wat we did in the shopping centre? we ended up eating desserts with aiscream! HAHAHA...

soon after tat, we walked out, feeling full and sleepy..slept on the public bus..doing wat we usually do, ignoring each other and sleep!! HAHA..and it was drizzling in manchester, lagi sleepy~~ and moody. so we walked into primark. wasted some time there..and decided to get a chinese restaurant for tea!! HAHAHAAHA... yes! food again. tats how we gain weight in uk!! very true. but i was so glad we got the right restaurant. pretty nice food, and i had my char siew there!!! gosh..and pau!! my dimsums!!! i swear i will not look down at dimsum anymore when im home in msia. never really liked dimsum before tis..

so after tat "tea break", we went back to leeds and ended our day trip to manchester. HAHAH..tats the life of some bimbotic law students. heheeee...

the day after tat, we had our bak kut teh dinner with aiting and nick over. food again. and i made my choc cake for the picnic the next day. food was good, cake errr..failed. it became brownies instead. they said it was really nice, but ok lar..choc cake to choc brownies. im almost speechless..LOL

our variety of bak kut teh pots. one with the normal pork and taufu pok. another with seafood(prawn) and mushroom. and the last one with lettuce, only vege. *thumbs up*

hehe...look, we were really paying attention. (cake making)

look at the speed im beating the mixture. manually. 1st time in my life doing this.

it didnt really go well, the bits are choc chips. not unbeaten ketulan~~

it tasted better than it look~~seriously, it tasted much better than i imagined!! heehe..luckily!!*sweats*

then, we had our PERFECT OUTING FOR PICNIC on wednesday!! that morning i woke up to a strong windy day. we made the sandwiches thinking real hard if we should stil go. and we made up our mind to take the risk, if it rain we gonna run to library~~ acting as if we are some real good studious students. the weather was so so sooooo chilly that we cant even take out our coat when we had all planned to dress in different colours~ we were freezing under the bald tree eating our sandwiches and drinking fruit juice~ crazy it may sound, but it was really one wonderful outing. one of the best i had in the year.(i know, its just beginning of the year. but still, it was the bomb!!) everyting was just perfect and beautiful. a lil too cold, but everyone enjoyed the day.

LOOK!! we were so colourful~i was in my red checkered dress!!place where we had our picnic! with sandwiches, choc "brownies", junks and fruit juice~the building behind is henry price. where i first chose to stay~!! what can i say, no regrets at lupton=) lupton girls (from left): rowena, grace, lynly, me and shaleen.

fun ends, grace went home. and its time for some serious work. im sure im gonna miss these so so much. dissertation is almost due. finals is approaching..and im not done with any. so dead.huhu..

for the final boost, WE WENT FOR 17 AGAIN!! right on the premier day!! GOSHHH..zac efron!! he is so soo soooo freaking hawt!!! how i drooled~*deep breath*..he has to be mine!!! arghhh....*going crazy thinking of zac zac* his mesmerizing dazzling eyes!!!! *drowning* ohhhhh~~~

had been here in uk for 6 months now..so, whats the houserule??
1. we must clean the kitchen (stove) after cooking.
2. we must clean the bathroom after bathing.

which is worse?? to have a housemate who doesnt clean the stove after cooking or to have a housemate who doesnt pick up the whole lot of hair after bathing???..make a guess!

answer : equally disastrous..

i got both!! in a day!! so i have to clean the stove twice as hard and pick up unidentified chunk of hair from some identified human being. and interestingly i know who broke the rulessss!! ishhh.....

PRESENT
anyway, some updates of my life here..we are still enjoying our days despite feeling stress in all ways. not a good sign for me..hehe!


the 9 pounds most famous headingly (place where i live) fish and chips. great tartar sauce, but i guess its more famous for the price than the food itself. hehe. im evil. yes i know!

im getting fatter and round-er..i can actually feel my chubby cheeks pressing against my small eyes everytime i smile!! argh! so this is how it feels to be fat!..

me keeping my fingers crossed. im trying to be hardworking in studies..and eating lesser junk for body shape. hopefully i will be reaching both my targets at the end of the day. i really dun wanna go home in a ball size body shape! ok, this is the 2nd target..

i really dun wanna go home with a 2nd lower. fight fight fight!! work hard!!! life is tough. never easy=)

im starting to understand that i get emo everytime i do my seminars..

haha..im just freaking not an organised creature and i hate readings.

like why am i doing law then?? its all about readings..

u know, when u dun feel lk doing seminars, and u are not supposed to sleep..what else do i do best?? wasting time.....

suddenly feel like going home..was really sick for the past few days. flooded by flu, cough, sorethroat and ulcers (in the mouth!)..wat i really wanted was to be home on bed. and not here all alone drinking chrysanthemum tea not knowing what to do with the leftover =(

time had been passing by real soon nowadays. time flies. as usual. i had been here for about 6 months. and im having another month holiday in march. i have an assignment due in march. im suppposed to finish my dissertation by april and my finals is in may. then im done. im a graduate with LLB law degree and im goin back to msia. things are just flying pass me SO FAST before im able to catch or stop a thing. tats making me real emo i guess.

all i wan is to stop the time now and just sit and think wat i really wan. out of all sudden im so lost about my life. i had been studying for 20 years and wat had i achieved?? nothing i would say..all i know is that im supposed to study and get good results. study study study..nothing but study.

i was once really convinced tat i shud finish studying asap and start earning money immediately. but now, at least today, im very sure tat i've lost my ability to study. argh!

ok, this is getting way to far..dun be emo! but i really dun wanna study anymore. how many more years i have to go on with books man?? this is really sad, but i have to admit that im gonna fill the rest of my life with books! sighhh...

law! and i tot i made the right choice..!!! ok, mayb i did=))) im very glad to be here and be who i am (do i??=p) im just a little lost with my future direction and my current position. errm..sounds sad eh! ahaa..
